Our team will inspect your drawings or understand your engineering problem and design a clamp that completely meets your needs. We can also build and test the clamp, as required.
Case Study :
Earth moving manufacturing company wished to reduce the cost of prototype tooling. It was decided to replace hydraulic rams with manual plunger clamps to reduce the cost of prototype tooling. The plunger clamps were specifically designed to be completely interchangeable with the hydraulic ram. The hydraulic rams and pumps could be simply added later and prototype tooling could be used for production tooling without the cost of refabrication. This saved £8000 and the tooling was reused for production . |
